I used to love coming here and seeing my girl Thu. However, she stopped working here, so I started seeing the other nail techs. They are all sloppy and don't do what you ask. There are multiple problems with the nails they did on my daughter and myself. For my daughter: - nails were not completely painted, missing sides - Pink underneath was one coat and looks see through - sparkles added were only put on what it looks like to be just the middles of her nails Myself: - 3 nails have bumpy edges, did not shape them properly. I even went back to get her to fix it, and she just filed them a bit but didn't fix them. I filed them at home to make them look better. - she left some scratch marks on the tops of two nails under the gel - two nails don't align with my fingers so they look like they are going right.

I’ve been going here for years now and they always do a wonderful job. The pedicures are so relaxing and well done, and the manicures leave my nails feeling so healthy and strong. It’s an extremely professional environment with great hygiene standards. 100% recommend!

Fantastic nail salon, you might even say they’re fantabulous! ;) My usual nail salon is about 30 minutes away (I’m really particular about nail places). But when my usual place couldn’t fit me in, I searched for a place closer to home, which led me to Fantabulous Nail & Spa! So glad I did. It’s quiet and relaxing here. They’re extremely clean. Hygiene practices are top notch (I find too many places to be sketchy). And they seem to really enjoy looking after clients. Prices are on par with other salons too. I had a pedicure and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. My husband came with me for a foot spa and they took really great care of him too. Definitely will be back!

I have been going to Kelly’s salon for years and years and I’ve never experienced anything except amazing service. Super professional and terrific experience every single time. I moved away from the neighbourhood and I still drive back there. I like my nails short & square and my shellac manicure easily lasts 4 weeks.

Kelly and her staff are amazing! I switched after going to one lady for my whole life. It's been since she opened! Every time I book an appointment I am welcomed right away and always on time! Kelly and her staff constantly get walk-in customers and she will always go above and beyond for all her customers. For myself she stayed late right before the pandemic to ensure I got my nails done before everything was closed for a few weeks. This goes to show how much she truly cares about her clientele! Anyone and everyone knows that if you book any appointment anywhere these days it's about people's time and being punctual. Any negative reviews for the salon give me a good laugh! Anyone that knows Kelly or the salon knows and appreciates how great it is to walk in and be on time and get your nails done. Our neighborhood up here on the hill is full of too many self entitled woman that thinks the world revolves around them and only them. It's nice to see that they live on their clock and their own rules. If anyone ever booked and missed an appointment at the hair dressers or doctors they would be held accountable and be told they are required to give proper notice or be charged a fee for not showing up. This works with every service industry. So these Negative Nancy comments are a hoot. People get upset over their own actions then turn to give a nasty review to help themselves feel better...... The world of these people need to realize that others are not dumb and see right through everything. If anyone is looking for an amazing salon to come get their nails, toes did, then give Kelly a call she will answer and book you an appointment to come in and get a great experience just like the rest of her highly satisfied customers!
